This exhibit will be closing August 6, 2017 at the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art:

Dogs: Faithful and True explores the enduring presence and contributions of dogs as companions, workers and heroes in Native American and Western cultures. In addition to art, photographs, artifacts and interactive experiences, there will be dog-related programming at various points during the exhibit.

You'll be able to adopt a dog from the Indy Humane's Pet Adoption Wagon, participate in fun art workshops, hear a talk from the Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine on the history of dogs in art and dog breeds, learn about related community groups and much, much more. Dogs: Faithful and True promises to be a heart-warming and insightful look at our canine friends.
