Our Process
1. Survey
We survey the property to determine scope of work and level of service. If you have a very specific need for the appraisal report and an itemized list of exactly which objects shall be included in the final report document, then we can provide you with a proposal for tools and services.
2. Agreement
We will agree on work to be performed, timeline, and fees.
3. Inspection
We visit the physical property to inspect and document all necessary items.
4. Research & Valuation
A team of specialized appraisers research object identification, attribution, and price to determine the most appropriate marketplace and assign a justifiable value.
5. Director Review & Approval
Our managing director will sign off on all specialist valuations, after attributions, valuations, and report documents have been reviewed.
6. Draft & Discuss
You will receive a draft appraisal report that we will review with you before completing the appraisal.
7. Set up digital portal
Install our online portal on your institution's website for both internal management and public viewing, with the ability to design a platform for each.
8. Finalize
The final version of the appraisal report is created online and in hard copy. Two printed copies are included
with the service – additional report copies are available on request for an additional fee.
