We survey the property to determine scope of work and level of service. If you have a very specific need for the appraisal report and an itemized list of exactly which objects shall be included in the final report document, then we can provide you with a proposal for tools and services.
A team of specialized appraisers research objects individually and in-depth to appropriately identify and attribute each object, determine the most appropriate marketplace and assign a justifiable value.
Our managing director will sign off on all specialist valuations, after attributions, valuations, and report documents have been reviewed.
You will receive a draft appraisal report that we will review with you before completing the appraisal.
The final version of the appraisal report is generated in digital and hard copy formats.
We visit the physical property to inspect and document all necessary items.
